Oahu’s housing market finished the year strong with Median home prices and Closed Sales up for December while Days on Market fell lower compared to the same time last year for both Single-Family homes and Condo units.
Low-interest rates and low inventory continue to drive Oahu’s strong real estate market in November. The median sales price for both single-family and condos rose compared to the same time last year and days on market continued its low levels.
The real estate market in October continued with low inventory and very low interest rates. Single-family homes and Condos continued to see low days on market and that low inventory continues to hold the median single-family price strong.
September showed the continual steady housing recovery with great numbers. The summer season ended strong with the median single family price hitting $880,000 and days on market in the single-digits! The median condo price remained steady at $445,000 compared to last year with days on market dropping 22.2% as well.
